1. Appointments

We schedule appointments carefully to give each patient the attention they deserve. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so you have time to complete any remaining paperwork.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' noticewhenever possible.

This gives us an opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, where applicable. Our team will explain any applicable charges before they are applied.

3. Late Arrivals

We understand that delays happen. If you expect to arrive late, please contact our office so we can let you know whether we can still accommodate your appointment.

Depending on the length of the delay and the type of appointment, we may need to adjust the visit or reschedule it for another time.

4. Missed Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved for you.

When an appointment is missed without notice, it can prevent another patient from receiving care.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Repeated missed appointments may affect future scheduling and may be subject to applicable fees.

Payment is generally due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept major payment methods and can discuss available payment or financing options with you before treatment.

For larger treatment plans, we will provide an estimate and explain expected costs whenever possible.

We work with many dental insurance plans and can assist with verifying benefits and submitting eligible claims.

Insurance coverage varies by plan, and your insurance provider ultimately determines what is covered and what you are responsible for paying.

Any benefit information or treatment estimate provided by our office is based on the information available at the time and is not a guarantee of insurance payment.

Before beginning recommended treatment, we'll explain your options and provide an estimated breakdown of the expected costs whenever possible.

We'll also discuss applicable insurance benefits, financing options, and your estimated out-of-pocket responsibility.

Because insurance benefits and treatment needs can change, estimates are not guarantees of final costs or insurance payment.

If you need urgent dental care, we're here to help.

If you're experiencing severe tooth pain, significant swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, a broken or knocked-out tooth, or another urgent dental concern, contact our office as soon as possible.

We'll help determine the appropriate next step based on your situation.
